Hi, I am John Scully. I am the Irish accent behind your billing questions and writing of estimates at OnDemand Estimates.
​
I have been in the building trade for 20+ years. I focused on residential home building and then moved into the restoration field.
I manage our 15 in-house estimators and all billing aspects of our company. I am here to answer any questions you might have.
​
My passion is football - the real football - what you call soccer. I am a lifelong fan of Liverpool and can be tempted to talk about the game any time.

MEET KIMBERLI
SENIOR XACTIMATE ESTIMATOR

Hi, I am Kimberli Scully. I am the senior estimator at OnDemand Estimates.
​
I grew up in the restoration industry. I started in pack-outs when I was in 8th grade and was working as a contractor by the time I graduated high school. I went to school for Architecture at Texas Tech. I learned Xactimate in 1987 when it came on a 5 1/2-inch floppy disk with no sketch. Needless to say, I am a level III expert.

I love the Chicago Cubs and the sport of Baseball. There is nothing better than a game, a dog, and a beer.

Hi, I am Gary Halpin. I am the senior estimator for our client teams. That is a fancy way of saying I handle our estimators who work with attorneys and appraisers.
​
Xactimate has been a part of my life since I was a kid. My dad was a contractor and I was the Xactimate guy. I learned how to use the program the hard way, diving head first.
​
I love being a husband, watching my boys grow into men, and being in nature as often as possible.
